A2Z Real Estates deals in all types of real estate including long and short-term leasing, renting, developing, and managing commercial & residential properties.

We undertake all real estate agency business as well as design, develop, build, and manage construction projects. We have our own projects that we have built and now managing and we also build and supervise other properties. We have just completed the construction of 8 stories (28 apartment buildings at Masaki, with a Swimming pool and Gym included).

8. Mbezi Garden Hotel expansion project ( this project included modernization of existing 48 rooms, 12 cottages, and a restaurant area and construction of new modern rooms and conference center) and many more.

Our team is led by our Managing Director Mr. Phares Magesa who is a Certified Project Manager, B.Sc, MBA graduate, and a holder of a Certificate in Construction Management with over 27 years of working experience in various projects inside and outside Tanzania, he is registered by the Engineering Council of UK and Member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), UK.

Part of our teams has several professionals including Realtors, Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, ICT Engineers, Technicians, Foremen, and Artisans in all fields from masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, steel works just to mention a few.
